Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the manufacturing line for Power Electronics and RF Coils.
- Resolve quality issues on the production line.
- Ensure the timely calibration of all equipment as per the schedule.
- Review and maintain calibration reports for compliance and accuracy.
- Perform verification and validation activities related to equipment and production processes.
- Prepare and maintain validation and verification reports.
- Support the installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Assist with ordering tools and equipment for manufacturing operations.
- Address non-conforming material reports from the production line on a daily and weekly basis.
- Manage the non-conforming products area effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier quality engineering teams to resolve issues and manage rejected materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to address part rejections and rework activities, ensuring alignment with production line requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work instructions, including revision history.
- Support the preparation and revision tracking of Device History Records (DHR).
- Facilitate engineering change communications and document distribution across cross-functional teams.
- Train the manufacturing team on updates to work instructions.
- Develop solutions to address quality, cost, and productivity challenges.
- Act as a support member for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
- Maintain an inventory of capital goods and ensure proper traceability.
- Execute Poka-Yoke projects for jigs and fixtures to simplify and enhance the manufacturing process.
- Support the implementation of Kaizen initiatives across the manufacturing lines.
- Assist the manufacturing team in driving Lean Action Workouts to improve operational efficiency across the site.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze and effectively resolve problems.
- Proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience.
