Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, adding your own creative touch to exceed individual goals.
- Screen potential CM candidates.
- Schedule initial prospecting meetings with our in-house interviewing team.
- Collaborate with fellow campus recruiters to meet quarterly recruiting team goals.
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate with our interview and training teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
- LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred.
- Experience in outbound sales and marketing is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about working on various projects.
- Available to join from June 24, 2024, for a period of 2 months.
