Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date data across Salesforce and other business systems.
- Perform data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, including missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Support recurring operational and performance reporting activities by ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Assist in maintaining, validating, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reporting metrics.
- Manage Salesforce data, including account, lead, opportunity, and customer records, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Investigate reporting discrepancies and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guides.
- Assist in testing and validating system enhancements, data updates, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve overall process efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting automation, enhancing reporting accuracy, and maintaining operational consistency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Reporting, Data Administration, or a similar analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting reporting and operational deadlines.
- Experience working with business data, operational reporting, and data management processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database querying.
- Exposure to data governance, data quality, and data hygiene initiatives.
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
