Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of AI-enabled applications using modern tools, technologies, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to build, integrate, and deploy AI/ML models into production environments.
- Develop scalable and high-performance backend services using Python or Java frameworks such as FastAPI and Spring.
- Design and build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React.js with a strong focus on user experience.
- Participate in the development and deployment of cloud-native applications on platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile software development practices to ensure code quality and continuous improvement.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while contributing to unit testing and automation initiatives.
- Monitor application performance and assist in troubleshooting issues across development and production environments.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of AI/ML concepts, software engineering principles, and emerging technologies.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively contribute to achieving team and project objectives.
- Adhere to engineering best practices, company policies, and actively participate in training and professional development programs.
- Comply with the terms of the employment contract, company policies, operational procedures, and organizational directives, including changes in work location, team assignments, work shifts, flexible work arrangements, or other business-driven requirements.
AI Builder Responsibilities:
- Utilize Generative AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and Gemini AI to ideate, prototype, and implement application features efficiently.
- Apply AI-assisted coding practices to develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality codebases.
- Develop internal tools and automation scripts using AI technologies to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, emerging tools, industry trends, and ethical AI practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E., B.Tech., MCA, or M.Tech. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from an IIT or NIT, with a minimum of 16 years of full-time education (correspondence courses are not considered).
- Candidates graduating in 2026 from premier institutes such as IITs or NITs are eligible to apply.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with backend development using Python or Java.
- Familiarity with front-end development using React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle, or NoSQL database systems.
- Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and a willingness to incorporate them into daily development workflows.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native application development practices.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and fundamental system integration concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments and contribute to sprint deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
