Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support all assigned multi-modality imaging equipment models, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex, multi-symptom issues at the system level, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and within established timelines.
- Perform and document Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) activities for assigned customer accounts in a timely manner.
- Apply technical knowledge and continuously develop expertise in the professional discipline to effectively support specialized service activities.
- Understand how individual responsibilities contribute to overall business objectives and service excellence.
- Resolve technical and operational issues by following established procedures, escalating complex matters to supervisors or senior team members when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, strengthen customer relationships, and serve as the primary technical interface between customers and GE.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service, timely support, and effective communication throughout service engagements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from an AICTE-approved or government-accredited university.
- Have graduated or be graduating in 2024 or 2025 with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks or a CGPA of 7.0 or above, without any active backlogs.
- Demonstrate strong subject matter knowledge in Electronics and Electrical Engineering concepts.
- Be willing to travel as required and provide client support with minimal supervision.
