Key Responsibilities:
- Function as an individual contributor, demonstrating a high level of accountability with minimal guidance.
- Conduct unit testing to verify the accuracy of their own developments.
- Implement the development requirements in accordance with provided technical specifications.
- Follow all coding standards and performance benchmarks as outlined by the customer or organization.
- Engage in all designated training sessions and take proactive steps toward personal growth and development.
Eligibility Criteria:
Projects Documentation:
- Possesses fundamental knowledge of project documentation such as Business Blueprint (BBP), Solution Design, Functional Specifications (FS), Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
- Capable of compiling required project documentation as per specifications.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Demonstrates basic understanding of management processes, tools, and methodologies for requirement analysis.
- Competent in extracting both functional and non-functional requirements and documenting system/software specifications for scenarios of low to medium complexity.
Customer Management:
- Possesses foundational knowledge of customers’ business domains and technology suites.
- Proficient in utilizing the latest technology and handling customer escalations effectively.
Test Management:
- Capable of conducting unit testing and comparative testing for rehosting, along with reporting testing progress.
- Documents identified defects, executes defect fixes, and performs automation test scripts/manual test cases as per the test plan, recording findings accurately.
- Identifies and reports any deviations or defects from expected results.
