Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Develop and oversee various views for business metrics, including dashboards and scorecards. Collaborate with Management Information Systems (MIS) and analytics teams to gather data using SQL, Excel, Python, Snowflake, ensuring data integrity for daily reporting.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of data to derive significant insights on business performance, user quality, redemption funnels, and other critical metrics.
- P&L Management: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for consolidating and reviewing Business Profit and Loss (P&L), comprehending the strategies to enhance P&L efficiency.
- Process/Program Management: Manage end-to-end processes and programs for strategic partnerships, liaising with internal stakeholders and leading execution to achieve objectives.
- Strategic Initiatives: Generate ideas, address challenges, and implement essential process enhancement initiatives within the team.
- Program Management: Oversee key projects, overseeing the design of activity systems and implementing tracking mechanisms to ensure effective management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Possesses at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrates exceptional planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and can thrive in uncertain environments with a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Has a grasp of fundamental statistics and probability concepts.
- Displays a strong drive to operate quickly and overcome obstacles.
