Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Take proactive initiative to engage with onshore counterparts regarding requirement-related concerns, serving as a conduit between onshore and offshore teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency in converting unstructured business challenges into coherent business requirements.
- Create functional design documents and proficiently document technical system requirements using Microsoft Visio, presenting them in a high-level process workflow format.
- Support the testing team by aiding in the development of test scenarios and test cases, as well as assisting with test data setup and the execution of test cases.
Key Responsibilities for Data Scientist:
- Define and analyze business problems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend critical business challenges and translate them into data-driven initiatives.
- Design and implement data pipelines: Create efficient pipelines for the collection, cleansing, and transformation of raw data into usable formats suitable for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA): Investigate and visualize data to unveil hidden patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Develop and apply statistical models: Construct and deploy machine learning models, such as regression, classification, and clustering algorithms, to address specific business requirements.
- Evaluate and communicate results: Assess model performance, derive actionable insights from data, and proficiently communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay informed about data science trends: Continuously acquire new techniques and technologies, remain abreast of advancements in the field, and share valuable insights with your team.
- Collaborate effectively: Foster seamless collaboration with engineers, scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
