Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Source qualified candidates for business, sales, and enabling function roles through job boards, social media platforms, campus databases, and internal recruitment platforms.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial resume screening and phone assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability, communication skills, and alignment with job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end interview scheduling process, manage candidate communications, and handle interview logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and track application statuses using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal recruitment trackers.
- Market Research: Conduct talent research and basic market mapping to support recruiter search strategies for specialized non-technical roles.
- Process Automation and AI Adoption: Utilize modern sourcing tools, AI prompts, and automated communication platforms to improve efficiency and accelerate early-stage recruitment workflows.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple calendars and candidate pipelines.
- Strong learning agility, curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, candidate sourcing, or talent coordination.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
- A strong interest in fintech, internet platforms, or high-growth technology environments.
