Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of transactional and analytical financial reports and packages.
- Assist with budgeting activities and monthly financial closing processes.
- Develop an understanding of key business drivers to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance and support to global teams.
- Conduct research and analysis as required to support business and financial objectives.
- Update financial systems with the latest and most accurate data.
- Collaborate closely with global regional teams through regular reviews, transition calls, and process documentation for all activities.
- Drive the automation of finance processes using AI and other automation technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Economics, an MBA in Finance from a reputed business school, or a qualified CA/CMA certification.
- 2-4 years of experience in Finance, particularly in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to present and explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to review existing processes and provide support to the team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and AI-based technologies.
- Flexibility to attend early morning and late evening review and transition calls with global teams on a regular basis.
