Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test usable software in close collaboration with the Product Owner, team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Work on problems with a relatively complex scope, utilizing standard programming concepts and principles, and applying individual judgment.
- Expand upon domain knowledge and technical/proprietary skills to achieve expertise levels.
- Demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to respond to detailed queries.
- Work as a fully contributing team member with independent planning and execution responsibilities.
- Exhibit the ability to lead a technical topic independently and take ownership of the entire technical component end-to-end.
- Play a pivotal role as a Gen AI, Pro Code Tools, and IDE Developer within our team, contributing to the ongoing evolution of business software development. Contribute to the enhancement of Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and tools used for building business software with ABAP.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies, especially in AI, pro-code tools, and the evolution of IDEs, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience, holding a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, specializing in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputable institute, with an outstanding academic record.
- Possess excellent programming and object-oriented design skills, particularly in JAVA and ABAP.
- Have a solid understanding of Gen AI, Pro Code Tools, and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), acquired through education or personal projects.
- Strong proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and database design concepts.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with the team on the design and development aspects of the product.
- Capability to work independently with an eagerness to learn and explore new topics.
- Understanding of in-memory databases, Generative AI, eclipse plugin development, and HTML5 is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong modeling skills using UML, with hands-on experience in writing high-quality code and unit tests (JUnit/AUnits).
