Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for Mid Market clients onto the Sprinto platform, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with Mid Market customers, providing updates on product enhancements and discussing action plans.
- Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to contribute to the enhancement of our product offering.
- Place a strong emphasis on Customer Advocacy by gathering client testimonials, encouraging G2 reviews, and developing case studies.
- Focus on Customer and Revenue Retention, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and commitment from Sprinto’s customers.
- Provide assistance to the Sales team when needed, addressing technical questions about the product.
