Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for Mid Market clients onto the Sprinto platform, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with Mid Market customers, providing updates on product enhancements and discussing action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to contribute to the enhancement of our product offering.
  • Place a strong emphasis on Customer Advocacy by gathering client testimonials, encouraging G2 reviews, and developing case studies.
  • Focus on Customer and Revenue Retention, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and commitment from Sprinto’s customers.
  • Provide assistance to the Sales team when needed, addressing technical questions about the product.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate


  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as a significant portion of the role involves interacting with customers.
  • Possess a solid understanding of cloud technology, with familiarity in concepts such as S3 bucket, DB encryption, and Virtual Private Cloud.
  • Find enjoyment in engaging with customers and building strong relationships, deriving satisfaction from being the go-to person for customer inquiries.
  • Exhibit a systematic and methodical approach, consistently meeting commitments. Keep customer information readily accessible and promptly identify any potential business opportunities.
  • Showcase strong prioritization skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with customers across different time zones.
