Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees within the designated city/location.
- Proactively assist new joiners in adapting to the new work culture and environment.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Facilitate positive changes in people programs, aligning with evolving business needs.
- Propose and implement changes with a people-centric approach to enhance overall value.
- Develop and implement impactful Employee Engagement initiatives in collaboration with business and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Managers and CDMs to proactively resolve people-related issues in a timely manner.
- Work seamlessly with team members and extended teams to achieve common goals.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed based on business requirements.
