Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance efficiency in data collection and reporting processes through the identification of automation opportunities, development of streamlined workflows, and implementation of best practices.
- Showcase proficiency in Excel and Tableau, extracting sales performance data from extensive datasets using CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Foster effective collaboration with regional and local Field Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate a team-oriented environment and drive collaborative, data-driven initiatives.
- Execute monthly reporting on the health of the business for VELYS Digital Surgery products, involving the gathering, consolidation, cleaning, and compilation of data.
- Provide support for Commercial Effectiveness by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Data, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy in commercial insights.
- Contribute to regional commercial operations by constructing reports and dashboards to facilitate funnel management, targeting, and prioritization
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor or Masters degree
Preferred skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency demonstrated in data visualization software such as Tableau or Qlik.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing data for visualization from extensive datasets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
