Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project and analysis plans under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Interact with and advise consultants and clients in the US as a subject matter expert to define data sources, acquire required datasets, and clarify use cases to build a strong understanding of the data and the business problem to be solved.
- Drive and conduct analyses using advanced analytics tools and coach junior team members on best practices.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all deliverables.
- Validate analysis outcomes and recommendations with all stakeholders, including client teams.
- Build compelling storylines and deliver presentations to client teams and/or the PwC project leadership team.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and firm-building initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree, BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, ME/M.Tech, Master’s degree, or MBA.
Required Skills
- Experience in building machine learning models in cloud environments (at least one of the following: Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Databricks).
- Strong knowledge of predictive and prescriptive analytics, with expertise in techniques such as Log-Log, Log-Linear, Bayesian Regression, as well as supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms, deep learning algorithms, and artificial neural networks.
- Solid understanding of statistics, including statistical tests and distributions.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, including data cleansing, standardization, and data preparation for machine learning use cases.
- Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and tools such as scikit-learn, mlr, caret, H2O, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MLlib.
- Advanced programming skills in SQL or Python/PySpark.
- Strong expertise in using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of containerization (e.g., AWS EKS, Kubernetes), Docker, and data pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
