Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole payroll operations and benefit plan administration for the US.
- Hire and staff teams to maintain operations stability. Lead and develop team leaders to ensure that all process activities are performed and SLAs are fulfilled.
- Participating in activities that include consumer involvement will serve as a point of contact for process owners.
- Keeping track of contract modifications or adjustments.
- Working together with the transitions team in the event of an increase in FTEs or scope.
- Promoting quality programmes to bring about ongoing improvements.
- Keeping an eye on personnel turnover, providing training, and integrating them in development planning.
- Promoting Compliance and implementing system and process controls.
- Working closely with the sales team and the service delivery leader to monitor account P&L.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Excellent Verbal and Written Interpersonal Skills.
- Expertise with MS Office programmes, particularly MS Excel.
- Should be able to manage pressure in work.
- Should have a keen eye for detail.
- Must be receptive to learning and feedback.
- Solid Operations Processing Understanding.
- Knowledge of financial products.
- The capacity to learn and use new procedures and equipment.
- Strong email writing skills are essential.
- Should be available for learnings and feedback.
- Solid comprehension of KYC documentation.
