Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the investment budget and find any information that is lacking. In order to prepare schedules for spending forecasts and analyse any gaps before Accenture investment approval,
- Work with asset initiation teams to evaluate costs using internal costing/pricing tools by combining costing data with knowledge of the commercial criteria.
- Assist teams with asset cost analysis, help them comprehend variance, and offer advice on potential effects on Accenture corporate MD&I investments. Assess the financial implications appropriately.
- To verify the business basis of the desired investment, create an internal business case by analysing the costs and pertinent business advantages produced by the MD&I spending.
- Create Go-to-Market P&L based on several Market Facing Partnerships Accenture creates analyses of sales, growth prospects, and anticipated investment effects, which are then reviewed with global finance leadership.
- Ensure a comprehensive grasp of risks and possibilities for Accenture business when layered by regulatory environment and work within the ambit of US GAAP standards.
- Using the appropriate budgeting and forecasting methodologies, provide the financial context to the Business Leads and other stakeholders in the R&D Organisation in order to impact outcomes.
- Use a variety of accepted techniques to perform financial ratio analysis in order to assess the risk-reward matrix.
- Offer Accenture corporate MD&I teams instruction and direction on how to enhance the quality of the financial attributes prior to making significant expenditures.

Preferred skills:
- It is beneficial to be knowledgeable about corporate finance strategies, tools, and processes, including financing options such as equity and debt financing methods.
- Investment evaluation by MD&I – Budgeting & Forecasting – Cost baselining & due diligence
- Practical experience with – Accounting for business mergers, such as affiliate purchases. – Accounting for asset purchases or leases, including capitalization-related difficulties.
