Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to architect, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and data visualization solutions for large-scale datasets to support analytics and reporting requirements across products, markets, and services.
- Translate business requirements into clear solution specifications and deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
- Develop and maintain repeatable processes to support data modeling, reporting, and analytics workflows.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to manipulate large-scale databases, generate insights, and present findings through Tableau/Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Apply quality control, data validation, and data cleansing processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of new and existing data sources.
- Build and enhance Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to support various business use cases and analytical needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MS, or MBA is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Experience in data management, data mining, data analytics, data reporting, data product development, and quantitative analysis.
- Hands-on experience working on Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science projects.
- Prior experience in the financial services or payments industry is an added advantage.
- Experience presenting data findings in a clear, readable, and insight-driven format, including the creation of presentation and support decks.
- Strong proficiency in advanced SQL coding and query optimization.
- Experience working with platforms and environments such as SQL Server and the Microsoft BI Stack.
- Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is an added advantage.
- Experience in building and maintaining data models is preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, and Power BI is a plus.
- Exposure to Hadoop environments, Python, R, and WPS is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
