Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of technology/engineering tasks, primarily in research and development (R&D) projects, demonstrating strong technical proficiency in one’s own field of expertise and demonstrating independence in problem-spotting and solution-providing.
• Contributing original, unique ideas to R&D projects. recommending follow-up initiatives and tasks within one’s own technical field based on fresh insights.
• Keeping up with current technology as well as ABB products and technologies, and identifying and comprehending the technological drivers for R&D projects in one’s own field.
• Productively contributing to team projects. sharing technical and scientific expertise in projects of one’s own and assisting colleagues in the use of procedures and instruments to ensure prompt and high-quality results.
• Taking part in networks in one’s own domain, such as applicable Engineering networks, to advance knowledge in a certain field of expertise.
• Developing project clearance reports, contributing to IP discussions, and having a basic grasp of the significance of IP for the ABB business. Identifies dangers in R&D projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• (Electrical/Mechanical) B.E./M.E.
• Professionals with electrical and mechanical backgrounds who have experience with component design, creating quality plans, localization, and material selection are encouraged to apply. They may be qualified for the role.
• Exposure to the validation of electromechanical components for home appliance manufacturers or industrial designers will be advantageous.
