Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn our business objectives into customer-focused data selections by evaluating business needs from the brief.
  • Responsible for overall data delivery, including change requests to the end-to-end timing plan, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and adhere to the exact brief.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, internal component teams (in the UK and India), and external suppliers on the scope of the design of multi-channel customer communications. Establish delivery schedules, send out timely updates, and make sure that data delivery promises are kept.
  • Coordinate workload, fill in for absentees, and assist with peer evaluations with a group of Customer Targeting coworkers.
  • Learn about the possibilities and effects of technical and campaign delivery with the help of your line manager.
  • Test your choices carefully to demonstrate that they were constructed correctly and in accordance with standards.
  • Assist the Customer Targeting Manager with data delivery and take part in data walkthroughs.
  • Help develop risk assessments for activities to aid in the reduction of known dangers.
  • Offering data analysis to support the execution of the strategy, propositions, and plans to maximise the function’s knowledge and intelligence.
  • Document all work to a high standard with respect to re-purposing/governance and controls.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A working familiarity with the syntax and reasoning of SQL
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities—managing priorities across a variety of projects and campaigns to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Very careful attention to detail and high standard of work.
  • Track record of success with stakeholder management
    abilities that will be useful in the position:
  • Working knowledge of the SAS or R programming languages, ideally in a professional setting.
  • Actual experience working with Teradata or Hadoop databases, ideally in a business setting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Understanding of Direct Marketing and Data Privacy laws

Preferred skills:

  • Responsible for at all times adhering to the process, risk, and control governance that is the foundation for customer targeting.
  • Ensure that full governance is adhered to throughout the end-to-end delivery via the appropriate documentation, such as the RAIDs log, impact assessments, and change requests.
  • Support the management of any difficulties and incidents to your campaigns by following the escalation processes.
  • Contribute to post implementation reviews (PIRs) in order to try to improve communications.
