Key Responsibilities :
- Ability to recognize issues and collaborate with teams across the organization to address them effectively.
- Communicates the overall status and health of the application to both line of business and management.
- Identifies areas for enhancement in monitoring, application stability, and root cause determination speed.
- Utilizes advanced query and programming skills to troubleshoot, analyze, research, and resolve issues.
- Conducts thorough root cause analysis to address underlying problems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in SQL Server or any other database system.
- Exposure to at least one programming language is required.
- Proficiency in optimizing and writing SQL queries, including stored procedures, is essential.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP S4Hana is considered advantageous.
- Experience in supporting internal applications and providing application support is beneficial.
- Capable of analyzing problems and proposing effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while being flexible.
- Providing technical assistance to users regarding technical issues, data problems, and application-related issues.
- Demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and inclusiveness.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of delivering technical solutions independently.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Possession of relevant certifications is considered a plus.
- Understanding of data modeling and data analysis concepts is desirable.
- Familiarity or experience with other database systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake is preferred.
