Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data using qTest.
- Identify, log, track, and manage software defects using Jira.
- Develop and execute both manual and automated test cycles to validate application functionality.
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, including test planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate production releases to ensure successful deployments.
- Prepare and share detailed test execution reports, automation results, and testing status updates.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the enhancement of the automation framework and overall test quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud testing.
- Strong expertise in developing and maintaining automated test cases using Tosca.
- Proficiency in using qTest for test management and test execution.
- Experience with Jira for defect tracking and Agile project management.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Agile methodologies, and defect management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business requirements and develop effective test cases.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification or working knowledge of Salesforce configuration.
- Tosca AS1 and AS2 certifications are preferred.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git is preferred.
- Exposure to additional test automation frameworks is considered an advantage.
