Key Responsibilities:
- Generate focused and conclusive insights based on defined business use cases and requirements.
- Create and publish actionable intelligence through articles, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement analytical projects that generate insights to drive business goals and improve key outcomes, such as order value and conversion rates.
- Define, monitor, and track key metrics to evaluate the overall health and performance of the business.
- Develop automated alerting systems to enable proactive and preemptive business actions.
- Identify relevant metrics and contribute to the development of measurement frameworks for the respective business unit.
- Improve data accuracy and reliability by actively participating in data quality and validation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to continuously improve data accuracy through feedback and by assessing instrumentation quality and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 3.5–5 years of hands-on experience with data manipulation and analytical tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with R, SAS, QlikView, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MySQL is required, with the ability to write clean and efficient SQL queries.
- Basic understanding of statistics and statistical modeling.
- Experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) and Business Intelligence tools.
