Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end analytical solutions independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality outcomes through strategic thinking, strong work ethics, and attention to detail.
- Analyze the operational and commercial performance of the airline schedule and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Assist in developing strategic plans to maximize the long-term revenue and margin potential of the airline network.
- Evaluate fleet deployment strategies to optimize revenue generation while minimizing operational costs.
- Ensure the short-term flight schedule is operationally feasible and aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously enhance analytical methodologies, tools, and processes to improve the quality and effectiveness of business insights.
- Prepare and deliver clear, insightful presentations and reports for leadership teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses of the airline’s route network, fleet performance, and operational initiatives to support business decision-making.
- Proactively explore and evaluate new analytical tools, including emerging AI solutions, while considering their limitations related to accuracy, data privacy, bias, and the importance of human judgment in decision-making.
- Maintain a high level of organization, discipline, and commitment to consistently delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality analytical outputs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Have 0–1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to solve diverse business problems using a data-driven approach.
- Be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without the need for sponsorship.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Successfully complete the interview process and meet all job qualification requirements.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to maintaining consistent attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Have hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Be proficient in database querying tools and capable of writing complex queries and procedures using Teradata SQL, Hive, and/or Apache Spark.
- Possess working knowledge of Python, which will be considered an added advantage.
