Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support requests and assist in diagnosing technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot product defects, configuration issues, and system integration failures.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and contribute to internal knowledge bases and help documentation.
  • Reproduce reported issues in test environments and prepare detailed bug reports for the Engineering team.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), MCA, or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • 0–2 years of experience in supporting mission-critical software applications or components.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous or undefined problems with strong abstract and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce (formerly Informatica) products, including PowerCenter (PC), Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Data Quality (DQ), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutions such as Test Data Management (TDM), Data Masking, Data Archive, and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Bash.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including DNS, HTTP, and REST APIs.
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, software design, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support and service.
  • Experience using and evaluating code or artifacts generated by Large Language Model (LLM) coding assistants and AI-powered development tools.
  • Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or other agent-based frameworks is an added advantage.
