Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience developing production-grade software rather than only notebooks or prototypes.
- Demonstrate practical experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Possess a solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, including prompting, tool and function calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, context management, and memory systems.
- Design modular and platform-agnostic architectures that are not tightly coupled to a single LLM vendor or cloud provider.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and testing, with the ability to apply AI agents to enhance or automate these processes.
- Demonstrate experience in API design, microservices, and developing extensible and reusable frameworks or SDKs.
- Possess familiarity with agent evaluation and observability tools such as LangSmith, tracing frameworks, and custom evaluation harnesses.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI governance concepts, including guardrails, access control, auditability, and human oversight.
