Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, investigate, and remediate static data changes and missing data within the Reference Portfolio to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Propose and maintain replenishment of the Reference Portfolio in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage regulatory and stakeholder reporting, including ESMA reporting, investor reporting, and internal reporting.
- Coordinate legal due diligence activities by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of documentation requirements.
- Perform booking and flagging of securitised facilities, NPIs, and portfolio NPIs where processes are not automated.
- Develop financial models and perform substantiation and reconciliation of Reimbursement Right Assets and Compensation Receivables.
- Manage Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) with external auditors (e.g., KPMG) to validate securitisation data against source systems and facility agreements.
- Oversee and manage the claims process for defaults within securitisation transactions and reference portfolios.
- Calculate quarterly investor guarantee fees, including collateral interest and operational expenses, in accordance with contractual terms.
- Address and respond to investor queries related to CLO structures and performance metrics in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct documentation reviews prior to policy and participation agreement signings to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Manage the full lifecycle of NPIs, including transaction monitoring, premium settlements, reconciliations, and control processes.
- Monitor facility-level data from facility agents and maintain structured data rooms in coordination with insurance brokers.
- Manage claims related to defaults in loans secured by NPIs and sub-participation agreements.
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of a robust control environment to support operational efficiency, financial integrity, and compliance with internal policies.
- Adhere to internal procedures and implement audit recommendations, including those from internal audits, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Apply Global AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) policies to support informed decision-making aligned with financial crime risk standards.
- Manage the lifecycle of sub-participation agreements, including transaction monitoring, reconciliations, and control activities.
- Set up and maintain secure data rooms, ensure NDA agreements are in place, and review loan transfer and confidentiality restrictions.
- Support transaction closing and settlement activities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of banking regulations, particularly in relation to capital treatment and securitisation frameworks.
- Possesses strong knowledge of credit risk mitigation techniques, including securitisation, credit insurance, credit derivatives, and various loan products.
- Brings relevant experience or background in Banking, Structured Finance, Markets, or Credit Portfolio Management.
- Exhibits strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex Excel models and build financial models effectively.
- Has working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Power Apps, which is considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Shows strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across global teams.
- Is delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
