Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance enterprise applications to enable efficient business operations and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Assist in backlog management, solution design, and implementation of system enhancements.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and operational processes.
- Translate business-level user stories and vendor functional specifications into GxP-compliant requirements for validation documentation.
- Maintain requirement traceability and support adherence to validation standards and best practices throughout the SDLC.
- Coordinate and support testing activities, including test documentation, execution tracking, and validation support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure effective stakeholder communication regarding change management and testing activities.
- Support validation and compliance activities to ensure solutions meet business, quality, and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to IT service management and application support processes to ensure reliable and compliant system operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Additional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, GAMP 5, or platform-specific certifications are preferred.
- PMP and SCRUM certifications, along with exposure to IT project management, are considered an added advantage.
Functional and Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience working with enterprise software applications and system integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technical tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of IT security principles, compliance requirements, and regulated environments.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures while working in compliance-driven environments.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations as required.
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to self-direct work, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues.
Business Systems Analysis Capabilities:
- Ability to support requirements gathering, backlog tracking, and prioritization activities aligned with business needs.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience participating in stakeholder discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and impact assessments.
- Ability to maintain documentation and ensure traceability between requirements, testing activities, and delivered solutions.
- Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test coordination, defect tracking, and validation of results.
- Understanding of process standardization and documentation best practices.
Validation and Compliance Support:
- Familiarity with validation lifecycle activities, including system validation documentation and testing support.
- Ability to support the creation and maintenance of validation deliverables such as test scripts and traceability matrices.
- Knowledge of GxP regulations, CSV/CSA practices, and internal compliance standards.
- Experience supporting testing execution, evidence collection, and audit readiness activities.
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
- Proficiency in English communication is required.
