Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Operations & Compliance: Assist in managing HR operations by supporting background verification (BGV) processes, conducting employee documentation audits, maintaining compliance trackers, monitoring progress, and following up on pending actions.
  • Coordinate Onboarding Activities: Coordinate onboarding activities by managing new hire documentation, organizing employee photographs and required details, and ensuring onboarding readiness.
  • Drive HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare operational status reports, and support the timely execution of HR administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in Employee Recognition Programs: Support employee recognition programs by coordinating tenure awards, promotion gifts, and other recognition initiatives in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Administration teams, while maintaining activity trackers.
  • Support Employee Engagement & Communications: Assist in employee engagement initiatives by drafting and coordinating organization-wide communications, including work anniversary announcements, new baby celebrations, and festival greetings to enhance the overall employee experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal & Organizational Excellence: Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Client Service Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in data tracking and record management.
  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, complete tasks thoroughly, and proactively seek guidance when required.
  • Adaptable & Dynamic: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-performance work environment while adapting effectively to changing priorities.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Internship Duration: Availability to commit to a 6-month internship is required.
