Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily seller-side operations to ensure timely and accurate pickups and achieve optimal customer order fulfillment within targeted service levels.
- Design, implement, and optimize material handling and purchase order fulfillment processes to improve operational efficiency and throughput.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and operational guidelines across all processing centers.
- Drive operational excellence by meeting customer delivery timelines and improving delivery success rates.
- Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and profitability.
- Train, monitor, and improve the productivity of seller personnel through structured training programs and performance metrics (KPIs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-3 years of overall work experience, including at least 1 year of experience in team leadership.
- Experience working with startups and in fast-paced environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and developing business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tasks tactically.
- Strong understanding of business operations and customer requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
