Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor first-level services continuously and manage emerging events to ensure service stability and operational efficiency.
- Actively monitor resource utilization and service performance to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Analyze customer complaint trends and manage first-level incidents to ensure timely resolution and improved customer satisfaction.
- Identify, escalate, and manage security incidents in accordance with established security policies and procedures.
- Track the progress of incident resolution and perform functional escalations as required to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Initiate and support proactive problem management activities to identify root causes and prevent recurring incidents.
- Perform corrective maintenance activities and provide operational support for field maintenance tasks.
- Manage remote site access control and administer one-time logical access requests in compliance with security requirements.
- Process and execute first-level legal requests in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Support emergency call tracing activities and manage right-of-way handling in line with operational procedures.
- Conduct proactive first-level assurance support activities to maintain service quality and operational reliability.
- Monitor customer experience and evaluate service performance using defined use cases and performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in Ericsson Operations Engine and Mode of Operations.
- Experienced with Test Automation Management Tools.
- Skilled in using Test Execution Engine.
- Capable of handling customer and stakeholder enquiries effectively.
- Proficient in using MS TOP.
- Experienced in document control and documentation management.
- Knowledgeable in software performance testing.
- Familiar with Ericsson RAN Management.
- Experienced in Ericsson VAS Management.
- Skilled in customer complaint resolution.
- Committed to delivering excellent client services.
- Good understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Familiar with call center operations.
- Knowledgeable in Ericsson Packet Core Management.
