Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and recruitment process.
  • Manage interview logistics, including calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, interview links, and follow-up communications.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to recruiters across various hiring activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring-related data in the system.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, candidates, and external stakeholders.
  • Support and gain exposure to end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle activities, including sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent specialization is required.
  • Candidates must have completed an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from a recognized institution.
  • 0-1 year of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of or strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior internship experience or exposure to HR or recruitment-related activities would be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of interview processes, recruitment workflows, and hiring procedures.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Talent Acquisition practices and recruitment operations.
