Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in initiatives and projects aimed at continuously improving financial accounting and reporting processes within the Accounts Payable function.
  • Process vendor payments while ensuring accurate tracking, validation, and timely execution of payment activities.
  • Perform accounts payable activities, including vendor payment processing, to support accurate financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare, analyze, and execute assigned reports while taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support compliance with internal control over financial reporting requirements within the Accounts Payable process.
  • Maintain end-to-end knowledge of payment processes and controls, including CARS-related activities, and provide walkthroughs to auditors when required.
  • Initiate and process payments in SAP using transaction code F110 while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare, format, and share Excel-based reports with business users and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Manage payment-related email queries and coordinate with business users through calls or meetings to resolve issues effectively.
  • Participate in internal control testing activities and prepare the required supporting documentation and audit evidence.
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are regularly informed about project progress, issues, and resolutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Review and verify invoices to ensure compliance with fiscal policies, internal controls, and company procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate tasks, projects, and process-related activities in support of internal teams and operational objectives.
  • Uphold organizational core values of safety, integrity, accountability, and collaboration while supporting colleagues and business goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with post-graduation qualifications or candidates with 0–1 year of experience from a Commerce background are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SAP, particularly in Accounts Payable and vendor payment processes, would be considered an added advantage.
