Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of productivity and innovation by actively supporting peers and managers in achieving shared goals.
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure the success, scalability, and continuous improvement of AI-driven software and large-scale systems.
- Design and develop scalable and efficient engineering solutions for Google products.
- Analyze data and evaluate outcomes to identify and implement the most effective solutions to technical challenges.
- Apply theoretical knowledge from computer science to solve real-world problems and drive practical outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a research-oriented program with a focus on software development or other related technical fields.
- Possess hands-on experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Demonstrate experience in areas such as designing or developing distributed systems, concurrency, multi-threading, or synchronization.
- Have a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess research experience in domains such as algorithms, system architecture, artificial intelligence, compilers, databases, data mining, distributed systems, machine learning, networking, or systems engineering.
- Have experience in designing and implementing complex systems for either production environments or experimental purposes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of performance optimization, system reliability, data analysis, visualization tools, and debugging techniques.
- Exhibit strong engineering and problem-solving skills.
