Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full technology stack of the application as a Full Stack Engineer (FSE).
- Develop and implement new user-facing features using Java Spring Boot and React.
- Manage and execute microservices deployment activities.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Optimize application components to ensure maximum performance across various web-enabled devices and browsers.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers when required.
- Actively participate in grooming sessions by identifying gaps and suggesting improvements in requirements.
- Take end-to-end ownership of design, development, integration testing, quality assurance, and production support.
- Handle and resolve problem tickets and incident tickets related to distributed application modules.
- Follow a structured, standardized, and disciplined approach to work execution.
- Adhere to all employment terms, company policies, procedures, and directives, including flexibility in work location, team assignments, shifts, and work arrangements as required by business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc., or M.Tech degree with a minimum of 16 years of formal education (correspondence courses are not considered).
- Possess strong development experience in Java/J2EE and UI technologies, with expertise in full-stack development.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in building and optimizing REST and SOAP-based web services, along with proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS, and strong knowledge of MySQL.
- Have good working knowledge of frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Exhibit sound understanding of containerization and cloud technologies.
- Possess good knowledge of application security concepts and features.
- Be familiar with Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and tools such as Jenkins.
- Demonstrate strong design, programming, and testing capabilities.
- Show flexibility and readiness to take on multiple roles based on project or business needs, including development, testing, and production support.
