Key Responsibilities:
- Generated and automated tests, incorporating all dimensions of testing including unit, functional, PSR, security, and localization within an Agile software delivery environment.
- Performed comprehensive system testing and exploratory testing to identify potential issues and ensure software reliability.
- Collaborated closely with developers, product managers, and support engineers to accurately identify, prioritize, and resolve software defects.
- Developed robust test and automation frameworks to efficiently scale testing efforts and manage multiple testing environments.
- Enhanced the quality of developer output through training sessions, coaching, and implementing process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and related programming languages.
- Proficient in test design, configuration, and understanding of related systems, applications, products, and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in data testing and analysis, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
- Capable of organizing tasks, setting priorities, and guiding less experienced team members.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in areas like memory, performance, battery usage, and network optimization.
- Proficient in writing unit tests, security tests, performance tests, and conducting benchmarking.
- Experience in automation testing across web, iOS, Android, and Windows Phone platforms.
- Strong understanding of product development, quality assurance methodologies, and process improvements.
- Technical expertise in tools and technologies including Java, JUnit, Appium, Winnium, Sikuli, Selenium, JMeter, Jenkins, Web Services, databases, Linux, automation, mobile, Big Data Analytics, IoT, and NLP.
- Good working knowledge of UNIX systems.
- Passionate about usability, simplicity, and consistency in software testing practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions on any platform.
- In-depth knowledge of major mobile platforms such as iOS and Android.
