Key Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze functional specifications for both “As-Is” and “To-Be” states using the Global Process Structure (GPS) framework.
- Capture business needs from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories or relevant business artifacts.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and design “To-Be” process workflows.
- Ensure that user stories and requirements are accurately mapped to the corresponding business processes.
- Define clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria for all requirements and user stories.
- Ensure that each requirement is linked to relevant business and product KPIs, and establish appropriate measurement mechanisms for tracking performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement measurement systems if they are not already in place.
- Analyze collected data and work alongside product managers to recommend improvements to global processes influenced by the product.
- Support development teams by contributing to the design of solutions based on business requirements (user stories).
- Provide well-documented and clear user stories to developers to enable the successful development and implementation of technology solutions.
- Assist in the rollout and implementation of developed products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to integrate multiple systems and align the requirements of various cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business requirements.
- Capable of developing and delivering user training sessions following successful UAT completion.
- Provide post go-live support, identifying opportunities for new user stories and continuous product improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and developments relevant to the digital product space.
- Able to effectively step in for the Product Manager, Head of Product, or Scrum Master when required.
