Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using 4GL Genero.
- Write optimized SQL queries to interact with SQL Server (2019 or later versions).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new application features.
- Participate in Agile SCRUM processes, including planning, scoping, estimation, and implementation of technical solutions.
- Use JIRA for project tracking, task management, and issue resolution.
- Follow Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to automate application deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and team development.
- Develop internal tools and software to support business initiatives, update frameworks, and enhance application functionality.
- Work with both new and legacy codebases, utilizing a diverse range of technologies in a mature development environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in programming with C#.NET and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with strong knowledge of SQL, including DDL and DML operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with Genero 4GL is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with TypeScript or UI frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using Git for version control and JIRA for project/task management.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in such environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially under high-pressure situations.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
