Key Responsibilities:
Client Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as an active team member to contribute across various technical streams of the EL implementation project.
- Provide technical best practices at both the product and design levels.
- Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to the project lead.
People Responsibilities:
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong quality-focused culture within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
- Actively participate in organization-wide people initiatives and engagement programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), MCA, or MBA with relevant industry experience.
- 0–1 year of experience in Enterprise Intelligence or related fields.
- Proficient in SQL and procedural SQL languages.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, R, or any other programming language.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop logical code solutions.
- Fundamental understanding of data analysis and data handling techniques.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent business communication, consulting, and quality assurance skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Specific Role Requirements:
- Ability to understand business requirements and design solutions using backend technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
- Skilled in analyzing and designing database objects such as tables, views, indexes, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Unix scripting.
- Capable of developing logical and physical data flow/data models for various applications.
- Practical knowledge of tools such as SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, and Teradata.
- Working knowledge of ETL tools—preferably SAP BODS or IBM DataStage—is a strong advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- No active academic backlogs.
- Minimum CGPA of 7.5 or above.
