Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of allocated premium processing tasks.
- Escalate queries to Senior Technicians when unable to complete assigned activities.
- Actively participate in feedback sessions and pursue opportunities for personal development.
- Contribute to the delivery of services in alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to and support all company policies, compliance standards, risk management protocols, and audit requirements.
- Successfully complete all assigned training and assessment exercises from the Compliance and Training Departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A university degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Basic awareness of the insurance industry and its importance to businesses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A positive attitude with an aptitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with diverse subject matter and business operations, both independently and as part of a team.
