Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Reporting and Governance
- Assist in developing Power BI or Excel dashboards to track supply chain metrics.
- Report key supply chain metrics, including material productivity, cost savings, and payment term improvements, while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Provide analytical support to strategic sourcing teams on specific metrics and projects.
- Develop detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documenting report logic, methodologies, and assumptions.
Data Integrity and Automation
- Identify and recommend automation opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and team productivity.
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to streamline reporting and analytical processes.
- Ensure data accuracy across digital reporting systems and maintain consistency across multiple platforms.
Project Support
- Participate in portfolio initiatives and contribute to the execution of supply chain projects.
- Provide support to business units on specific projects as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing a degree in Operations, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with knowledge and interest in Supply Chain Management preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.
- Understanding of Power BI; certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Understanding of reporting structures and data integrity.
Communication Skills:
- Proficiency in business communication (both verbal and written).
- Ability to quickly grasp requirements and present data effectively based on business needs.
