Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying business opportunities on government portals, managing relevant trackers, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, and conducting market research for potential clients in the defense sector.
- Customer Outreach: Support the team in identifying and reaching out to potential government and defense industry customers through regular research.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Sales Administration: Maintain CRM systems, track sales leads, and prepare sales presentations, reports, and related documents.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations for government and defense sector clients across India.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to track progress toward targets, identify opportunities, and improve overall sales performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to align sales strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the defense sector and sales functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
