Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program and fulfill the requirements of an RA Engineer.
- Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers, as well as conduct studies and analyze existing systems.
- Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and ensure hardware/software compatibility.
- Coordinate the design of subsystems and integrate the total system effectively.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
- Develop and recommend corrective actions to improve system performance and reliability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-time Bachelor’s degree in core engineering disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
