Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with merchants, banks, and relationship managers (RMs) to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure the timely completion of onboarding.
- Monitor and track the onboarding progress, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks to streamline the process.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders on onboarding status.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
