Key Responsibilities:
Fund Accountant
- Calculate net asset values (NAVs) of funds by processing daily accounting functions to ensure accurate fund pricing and timely delivery to clients.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all accounting support functions, analyzing information and resolving discrepancies professionally.
Financial Reporting Specialist
- Prepare financial statements for annual and interim cycles, including audited annual and unaudited interim financial statements.
- Complete the first draft of financial statements from the trial balance, covering the Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Schedule of Investments, and notes to financial statements.
Derivatives Specialist
- Manage complex futures and options processing for the European exchange-traded derivatives and supplementary offshored business.
- Act as the central point of contact for clearing banks and client service teams, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of derivative instruments.
- Handle cash instructions and improve processes for recording derivative instruments.
Financial Accountant
- Perform accounting processes, including document processing, journal entries, payment preparation, account reconciliation, and report verification.
- Manage other assigned projects and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Treasury Accountant
- Handle treasury processes, including treasury transactions (money market, stock market), payment preparation and approval, and collateral management/margins.
- Monitor minimum required reserves in national central banks and reconcile bank accounts, including cash positions and balance sheets.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned.
Transfer Agency Administrator
- Process investor transactions, maintain investor accounts, and resolve issues effectively.
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies and process subscriptions on internal systems while saving documentation appropriately.
Middle Office Administrator
- Process daily trade files submitted by the Fund on trade-date and confirm trades electronically, telephonically, or via hard copy.
- Monitor trade fails with prime brokers, counterparties, and the Fund, including reviewing fail or mismatch reports from custodians/prime brokers.
Pricing Administrator
- Assist in the accurate and efficient pricing of securities held by investment funds.
- Validate prices of exchange-traded securities against sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and FTID.
Risk Analyst
- Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division in establishing and maintaining risk management policies, guidelines, and limits.
- Assist executive and business-level management in minimizing operational, credit, legal, regulatory, reputational, and other risks to the company.
Compliance Analyst
- Monitor compliance results for client portfolios related to regulatory and Investment Manager (IM) mandates.
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to ensure portfolios comply with investment restrictions using the company’s Investment Compliance & Reporting platform.
Data Management Analyst
- Collaborate with IT and business units to procure data for daily compliance and conformity checks.
- Update and maintain market data, static data, and holdings data not fed to core applications via automated data feeds.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist
- Review investor AML documentation in compliance with AML policies.
- Coordinate with the Transfer Agency team to request and obtain required data from investors and/or clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a strong combination of academic aptitude, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Preferably pursuing a major in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; other majors will also be considered.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in building a career in the finance industry.
- Active involvement in student organizations is considered an advantage.
- Exhibit proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Have basic experience with MS Office tools.
- Show a culture of individual ownership, taking accountability for assigned tasks and responsibilities.

- Provide accurate and relevant management information to support decision-making processes within the business unit.
