Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze data using ServiceNow and Power BI to identify trends, resolve issues, and support business decision-making.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with managed service providers to support escalation handling and issue management processes.
- Develop and implement shift-left strategies based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and reduce support volumes.
- Support Chat-IT initiatives by identifying and developing relevant use cases.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance self-service capabilities and improve user experience.
- Monitor and drive improvements in First Contact Resolution (FCR) rates across both call and chat support channels.
- Participate in additional ESC support activities, including testing use cases, validating solutions, and contributing to sprint planning and execution sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and database view management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
