Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Execute operational processes and cadence supporting all customer and contact master data lifecycle events, including onboarding new records, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and out-of-business events.
- Monitor and maintain high-confidence matches with third-party services such as D&B and ZoomInfo.
- Manage and merge duplicate records in the system to ensure data consistency.
- Measure and report on the overall data quality of customer and contact data against defined standards.
Ticket Management:
- Handle incoming requests related to customer and contact data management, including field requests for record corrections and batch file data loads.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create reports using Salesforce, BigQuery, and other tools to support data operations processes and ticket resolutions.
Data Sourcing:
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of new and existing third-party data services.
- Address ad hoc data-related requests from regional GTM teams, including custom reporting and third-party service evaluations.
Territory/Assignment Management:
- Manage incoming ticket requests for territory assignments and perform updates in the Fullcast Territory Management system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably have experience in data operations or related roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Salesforce or other ERP and CRM tools.
- Have experience with data query and management tools, such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
- Be proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets for basic to intermediate data analysis and manipulation, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, CONCATENATE, and more.
