Key Responsibilities:
- Review applications and identify the best talent based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and manage various rounds of assessments and interviews.
- Source candidates from multiple channels and screen resumes and applications effectively.
- Communicate with management and team members to provide status updates and ensure alignment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as delegated.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistent follow-up abilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload efficiently.
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a start-up environment is highly advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with experience in in-house recruitment.
