Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and appropriate solutions and alternatives to address customer concerns.
- Respond to customer queries with a clear understanding of their inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Exhibit empathy and take ownership of customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Be willing to work exclusively in a night shift schedule.
- Be comfortable working from the office environment.
- Handle approximately 30-40 inbound customer calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
